There are two solutions to this problem.
1) Download the latest version of Timeless Time & Expense multi-user. This was resolved in version 2.50.05.
2) Rename the files in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\MAG Softwrx\Timeless Time and Expense directory seems to resolve the problem. These files are used to keep track of the task item expanded state.
If #1 does not work, but #2 does, we would appreciate it if you would send the renamed files and your TT&E database. This will help use to isolate and prevent the problem in the future. Please contact support for details.
If neither solution fixes your problem, it is a new, unreported problem. Please contact support so we can troubleshoot.
